Great place, clean, friendly, quiet. Showers, aircon, fridge etc all worked well. Long-distance bus dropped us at government building and we walked to the hotel from there (15+ min. in the direction the bus came from. There's a sign with the name on it on the right side of the street). We really liked the restaurant down the little street the hotel is on—a few buildings to the left, a traditional "Karen" minority people's restaurant where we even bought traditional Karen clothes.
